You are welcome to send in any document at anytime, but we’ve prioritized the list in order to get your information processed in a timely manner and get you ready for your home study.
If married, both parents must complete the confidentiality agreement
Each parent must complete First Aid & CPR training. CPR training must include infant, child, and adult. The class must have an in-class portion that cannot be completed online.

You must complete 40 hours of interactive training.

CPS has an online training that allows you to be the medical consenter for children placed in your care. To take the class online, you need to have Flash installed on your computer. You must take this training to receive the certificate at the end. You MUST have the certificate.
